During your migration, District IT will be communicating with your department about what to expect. Migrating to Exchange Online will have little to no impact on how you use Outlook. You can continue to use Outlook while your mailbox is being migrated.Once the migration is complete and your mailbox has been fully migrated to Exchange Online if you are using Outlook. you will see a pop up message like this.

Simply close Outlook, wait a few seconds then reopen Outlook.Outlook will prompt you for a username and password. Use your W+ID @ campus.losrios.edu as your username not your email address.  For example w1234567@crc.losrios.edu.

Outlook will start normally and you can start using your email. Nothing will change other than you will now have 100GB storage for your mailbox.
